Hot Player is a media player application. It does not include any channels or content. You can use it with your own playlist. If you subscribe to our IPTV service, we provide the channels and content separately.

After purchasing the player license, you install Hot Player on your device and send us your MAC address. We activate the player on our end. The 1 Year license costs €5.99/year and Lifetime costs €14.99/once.

Yes! You can purchase the player license and add an IPTV subscription. If you subscribe to our IPTV service, we will activate both the player and the IPTV on your device. Contact us via WhatsApp for bundled deals.

After purchasing, go to our Activation page and fill in your details including your MAC address. Alternatively, send your MAC address and order details via WhatsApp. We will activate your device within minutes.

The MAC address is a unique identifier for your device's network interface. In Hot Player, go to Settings > About or look for the MAC address displayed in the app. It is usually in the format XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX.

You can lock your MAC address in Hot Player settings by using the "Lock MAC" button. This prevents your playlist from being reset by someone else or if you shared your MAC address with a third party.

For HD streaming we recommend at least 25 Mbps. For 4K streaming, 50 Mbps or higher is recommended. A wired connection is always better than WiFi for the best experience.
